Use the Data Submission Form link below to request that your data be added to the navigator. The form will prompt you to enter your contact information and attach a spreadsheet of the datasets you would like added. Use the spreadsheet template below to format your data submission. Descriptions of how each heading should be filled out are included in the second tab of the spreadsheet. Please note there may be a lag between the submission of this form and the entry of your dataset into the navigator. Thank you!

Note: If you would like to submit multiple datasets at once, each dataset can be included as an additional row on the template spreadsheet. For example, your first row may be a dataset called “Water Quality Map” with a link to the specific webpage hosting this dataset. Your second row can be a related “Water Quality Sample Stations Map” with a different link to the webpage hosting that additional dataset. All datasets included in a spreadsheet will be added to the navigator simultaneously.
